The primary purpose of this role is to manage and grow collaborative business relationships and cultivate active involvement in community groups in our Sweetwater County market.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify key community group leaders and establish strong business and banking relationships
• Partner with colleagues across all markets cultivate new and deepen existing business relationships with community leaders and persons of influence to build the RMB brand and grow deposits
• Develop deposit proposals for larger quality organizations in Sweetwater County involved in the education, healthcare, energy, mining and transportation sectors
• Partner with VP-Operations to develop and implement consumer sales training for Bank staff
• Implement and manage our Bank @ Work Program
• Broaden our customer base for Cash Management products
• Represent the company in public forums to improve stakeholder relations and corporate reputation
• Build strong, trusting relationships with key external stakeholders such as community groups, NGOs, policy-makers, media, etc.
• Build and maintain a healthy and cooperative network of peer counterparts in other organizations for gathering information and sharing ideas regarding corporate citizenship.
• Represent the company in and maintain active participation in well-regarded professional organizations that focus on corporate citizenship.

• Associates degree or higher.
• Emotional, political and business acumen.
• Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
• High level of appreciation for and ability to conceptualize crucial stakeholder relationships.
• Experience within industry.
